The 2025 Rose Bowl Winner is Madeleine Charbonneau.
Madeleine Charbonneau (right) is joined by our outstanding performers Cameron Dasti (left) - strings, Charlotte Nichols - instrumental and Olivia Robertson - piano. Madeleine also received the outstanding vocalist plaque.
